Mogador Aqua Fun & Spa

We had an excellent stay at this hotel. Everything was so wonderful, the staff were exceptionally helpful and delightful. We would definitely recommend to everyone. It was especially family friendly, lots of space to play two wonderful pools with slides and everything for kids, they had an absolutely amazing time! My daughter also had the hammam spa treatment and would recommend to everyone, so relaxing and a lovely bonding experience! The hotel is in an excellent location! Within 10 mins walk of a well known and exceptional mall with all amenities and a continental food court. Walking distance of a pharmacy- less than 5 mins also small supermarket shops with all amenities. We bought a local sim and regularly bought essentials from the local mall. There are ample amount of ways to travel in and out of the hotel. There are taxis on standby awaiting traveller's. An in house shuttle running every hour to take you out to the town center and main square Jema Al Fna within 10 minutes of the hotel and the same shuttle will bring you back after 2 hours to the hotel from the main spot. The hotel has an in-house excursions and activities desk, whom are exceptionally helpful with bookings and information, it is helpful to haggle with them to get a good price. You can get food delivered to the hotel via local app called Gluvo. Also everyday breakfast buffet if you buy with stay at the hotel with a variety of hot and cold yummy breakfast. Great for the family! The hotel is very well known to local taxi and rickshaw drivers and within a few minutes to most of the local landmark sites. A very easy commute! Would definitely recommend to all!

Very nice we enjoyed our stay the staff is very welcoming and helpful our receptionist Adil was amazing he had amazing hospitality and was so good with everyone! The pool was so beautiful and the slides were enjoyable they have many pools and slides and kiddie pools they also have aerobics class at the pool and many other activities i would recommend this hotel especially for families with children

Breakfast is excellent we enjoyed all the 4 breakfast we had. We couldn't use outdoor pool as it was cold in Dec month. Less dinner menu to order but still the food is very good. Spacious rooms with swimming pool view balcony.

Although we were dissatisfied with our first room the staff was very accommodating with the room change . They are very understanding and flexible. They had great breakfast recommendations and the catering staff were very welcoming. Especially the lady and man who make eggs and fresh rotti. Nawal the guide for tours at the hotel was very helpful and gave fantastic recommendation for excursions. She recommended great tours we could do but also helped us with booking taxis/translation. The security staff were very helpful in giving directions/getting taxis. Recommended different routes when there were marathons.

Excellent hotel with top-notch service and staff hospitality. I would also like to thank and mention Fatima Zahra with the managing staff, went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel is well-maintained and has all the amenities you need to have a relaxing stay. The location is also great, with easy access to the city's main attractions. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Marrakech.
